Dữ liệu thứ cấp Việt Nam

204 chỉ số có trang riêng (giải thích tiếng Việt, cách dùng trong khoá luận, 173 chỉ số có so sánh ASEAN) và 1.765 chuỗi trong Kho chỉ số, từ World Bank, ILO, FAO và Penn World Table – chỉ những nguồn cho phép tái sử dụng.

Nguồn và giấy phép

Chỉ dùng nguồn có điều khoản cho phép sao chép và phân phối lại, kể cả cho mục đích thương mại, với điều kiện ghi nguồn. Mỗi trang và mỗi file CSV ghi tên nguồn, giấy phép, ngày truy xuất (lần gần nhất: 2026-10-30) và trích dẫn APA. Góc Nghiên Cứu chỉ chọn lọc, dịch tên và mô tả, định dạng lại và vẽ biểu đồ; không thay đổi giá trị số liệu.

Nguồn đã xem xét nhưng chưa dùng, và lý do
  • IMF (IFS, FSI): IMF Copyright and Usage: commercial reuse of IMF Data requires written permission ("email copyright@imf.org") and "the IMF prohibits bulk download of information by automated technology without explicit permission". Not compatible with an automated, ad-supported site. IMF-sourced series that the World Bank redistributes inside WDI under CC BY 4.0 (e.g. lending rate, M2) are used through WDI instead.
  • WHO Global Health Observatory: WHO dataset terms: datasets "shall not be used for or in conjunction with the promotion of a commercial enterprise" (GHO content historically CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 IGO). Doubtful with affiliate links; WHO-sourced health series are used through WDI.
  • UNESCO UIS: UNESCO UIS Data Browser: CC BY-SA 4.0 (share-alike). Allowed, but derived CSVs would have to be re-licensed BY-SA; UIS education series are already available through WDI. Deferred.
  • BIS: BIS statistics terms permit use with attribution, but BIS has no credit-to-GDP or residential property price series for Viet Nam (only a bilateral VND/USD rate, already in WDI). Nothing to add.
  • OECD: OECD: CC BY 4.0 for content published from 1 July 2024 (third-party material excluded). Viet Nam coverage is thin and mostly third-party; not integrated yet.
  • Our World in Data: Our World in Data: only OWID-produced data is CC BY; most Viet Nam series are third-party data under their own terms. Not integrated; original sources used instead.
  • ADB Key Indicators: ADB Data Library / KIDB: CC BY 3.0 IGO, commercial use allowed with attribution. Eligible; not integrated yet (no stable bulk API tested).
  • Global Findex (bản riêng): Global Findex standalone database: no data licence stated on the download page (the report is CC BY 3.0 IGO). Key Findex series (account ownership etc.) are taken from WDI and GFDD instead.
  • Enterprise Surveys (cổng riêng): Enterprise Surveys portal: no explicit licence for the indicator tables; firm-level microdata require registration and a confidentiality agreement. Enterprise Survey indicators that WDI republishes under CC BY 4.0 (IC.FRM.*) are used instead.
  • Cổng dữ liệu cơ quan nhà nước Việt Nam: Vietnamese government portals (GSO/NSO, SBV, MOF): no explicit open-reuse licence; not used.

Khi dùng trong khoá luận, trích dẫn tổ chức công bố số liệu (không trích dẫn trang này) theo mẫu APA có sẵn trên từng trang, và ghi ngày truy cập vì nguồn có thể sửa số liệu các năm trước.
